Teatro San Moisè var et teater og operahus i Venedig, aktivt fra 1620 til 1818. Det lå på en fremtrædende placering nær Palazzo Giustinian og kirken San Moisè ved indgangen til Canal Grande.
Bygget af San Bernaba-grenen af Giustiniani-familien c. 1620, var det oprindeligt et prosa-teater. Dets første opera-produktion var Claudio Monteverdis opera L'Arianna i 1640, hvorefter ejerskabet var gået til Zane-familien, som længe havde intergiftet med Giustiniani. Det blev brugt af Ferrari-kompagniet, og librettisten Giovanni Faustini var en af teatrets første impresarioer.
