Kirken Sant'Antonio Abate ligger på Piazza Sant'Antonio i Pisa.
Den blev grundlagt i 1341 sammen med det tilstødende kloster, som blev ødelagt under Anden Verdenskrig, og blev delvist renoveret i 1392 på opfordring fra Pietro Gambacorti.
Efter krigen blev den genopbygget i sin form fra slutningen af det 18. århundrede. Den nederste facade af Lupo og Giovanni di Gante og Simone di Matteo da Siena består af tofarvede marmorstrimler (1399-1410). På bagsiden af gården findes Keith Harings kæmpemurmaleri Tuttomondo, det sidste offentlige værk af kunstneren (1989) før hans død i 1990 af AIDS.
