Schiessentümpel er et vandfald ved den sorte Ernz nær byen Müllerthal i østlige Luxemborg. Det er det højeste vandfald i Luxembourg.
Den sorte Ernz har tre rinnen, der er slebet i en sandstenstrin. Over vandfaldet er der bygget en ny træbro.
Schiessentümpel er en af de store attraktioner i den Lille Luxembourgske Schweiz. Vandfaldet kan nås via en vandresti, der begynder i Müllerthal, eller via vejen fra Müllerthal til Junglinster.
I 1993 blev den sjældne bregne Trichomanes speciosum fundet nær Schiessentümpel.
