Station Harderwijk er en jernbanestation i det Gelderlandske Harderwijk ved jernbanelinjen Amersfoort - Zwolle, åbnet den 20. august 1863.
Stationens faciliteter blev i de første år udført fra træhjælpebygninger fra entreprenørerne, der blev stående efter bygningen af linjen. I 1865 blev stationsbygningen af Standardtypen NCS 1. klasse åbnet. Omkring 1913/1914 blev stationen udvidet med en ø-perron med et tag. I 1983 blev stationsbygningen erstattet af det enklere moderne byggeri. Den gamle overdækning af ø-perronen blev bevaret.
