Station Enkhuizen er jernbanestationen i den vestfrisiske by Enkhuizen. Stationet stammer fra 1885 og ligger ved den jernbanelinje, der blev åbnet samme år, Hoorn – Enkhuizen.
Bygningen er udført som ende-station og blev åbnet den 6. juni 1885, samtidig med at jernbanelinjen mellem Hoorn og Enkhuizen blev taget i brug. Det ligger ud til vandet, ved kajen hvor færgen fra Færgedrift Enkhuizen - Stavoren lagde til i Stavoren i Friesland. I første halvdel af det tyvende århundrede blev der også sendt godsvogne herfra, HIJSM opretholdt en daglig forbindelse via en dampskib.
