Det Hollandske Arkitekturinstitut var en kulturel institution inden for arkitektur og byplanlægning, der administerede arkiverne for den hollandske arkitekturhistorie og understøttede fagområdet. Fra den 1. januar 2013 er det fusioneret med Det Nye Institut.
Det bestod af et museum, en boghandel, en café, et arkiv, et bibliotek og en platform for forelæsninger og debatter. NAi blev grundlagt i 1988 og har siden 1993 været beliggende i Rotterdam.
