Hof van Twente ) er en kommune i sydvestlige Twente, i den hollandske provins Overijssel. Kommunen blev dannet den 1. januar 2001 ved fusionen af kommunerne Diepenheim, Goor, Markelo og Ambt og Stad Delden. Rådhuset ligger i Goor. Kommunen har 35.078 indbyggere og dækker 215,44 kvadratkilometer. Kommunen Hof van Twente samarbejder i Region Twente.
