Vlaardingen ) er en by og kommune ved Nieuwe Maas i Rijnmond-området, i den nederlandske provins Zuid-Holland. Kommunen er en del af Metropoolregionen Rotterdam-Den Haag. Indtil 2015 var Vlaardingen en del af Stadsregionen Rotterdam. Kommunen har 74.118 indbyggere og et areal på 26,71 km². Inden for kommunegrænserne ligger der nogle gamle kerner, såsom den gamle landsby Vlaardingerambacht og herligheden Holy. Gennem kommunen Vlaardingen løber også en kanal, kaldet Vlaardingervaart.
