Oost Gelre er en kommune i regionen Achterhoek i den nederlandske provins Gelderland. Kommunen har et areal på ca. 90 km² og et indbyggertal på 29.622 pr. 31. januar 2022. Rådssalen ligger i rådhuset i Groenlo, og kommunehuset ligger i Lichtenvoorde. Den 1. januar 2005 blev kommunerne Groenlo og Lichtenvoorde fusioneret. Også landsbyerne Mariënvelde og Zwolle blev en del af den nye kommune. Mariënvelde var tidligere en del af kommunen Ruurlo, og landsbyen Zwolle tilhørte kommunen Eibergen. Den officielle navn på den nye kommune blev "Groenlo", men som uofficiel arbejdsbetegnelse blev den indledningsvis kaldt "Groenlo-Lichtenvoorde". Fra den 1. januar 2006 brugte kommunen Oost Gelre som arbejdsbetegnelse, og siden den 19. maj 2006 er dette navn officielt.
