Leidschendam-Voorburg ) er en kommune i den nederlandske provins Zuid-Holland. Kommunen har 76.642 indbyggere og et areal på 35,60 km² . Kommunen Leidschendam-Voorburg er en del af Metropoolregionen Rotterdam-Den Haag. Kommunen skæres fra sydvest mod nordøst af Rijn-Schiekanaal, ofte bedre kendt som Vliet. Denne kanal opdeler territoriet i to helt forskellige dele: vest for kanalen er kommunen fuldstændig urbaniseret og består af de sammenvoksede byer Voorburg og Leidschendam; øst for kanalen ligger et relativt stort åbent kær-græsningsområde med landsbyen Stompwijk og det lille samfund Wilsveen. Også en lille del af Leidschendam ligger øst for Vliet, inklusive Vogelplas Starrevaart og fritidsområdet Vlietland.
