Elst er en landsby i den nederlandske provins Utrecht og tilhører kommunen Rhenen. Landsbyen har 4.650 indbyggere. Indtil 1. januar 2006 hørte en lille del af landsbyen til kommunen Amerongen. Landsbyen ligger ved Nederrijn, på den sydlige side af Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Der sejler en færge over til den anden side af floden, som fører til vejen til Ingen.
