Elsloo er en landsby ved Maas og Julianakanaal i kommunen Stein i den sydlige del af den nederlandske provins Limburg. Kerne Elsloo har cirka 8.365 indbyggere. Den lille landsby Catsop og bydelen Terhagen regnes også med til Elsloo. Elsloo gør krav på titlen "det ældste landbrugsby i Nederlandene". Omkring 5000 f.Kr. boede bandkeramikerne allerede her. I de seneste hundrede år er der blevet afdækket adskillige gårde og en kirkegård fra disse første landmænd på nederlandsk grund. Bandkeramisk keramik fra Elsloo er blevet fundet over hele Syd-Limburg. Udgravninger fra romertiden har blandt andet givet fund af tagsten, glasflasker og bronzepinde, som nu opbevares på det lokale museum.
