Baarlo er en hollandsk landsby beliggende på den venstre bred af Maas i kommunen Peel og Maas, otte kilometer syd for Blerick/Venlo og nord for Kessel. En færge forbinder Baarlo med Steyl. Baarlo har agrarisk oprindelse, men fungerer også som pendlersted for Venlo. Landsbyen har en landlig karakter og præsenterer sig selv som et slotsby, på grund af sine fire slotte.
