Overijssel ; Nedersaksisk: Oaveriessel) er en provins i den østlige del af Holland. Floden IJssel danner i sydvest hovedsageligt den naturlige grænse til Gelderland. Overijssel grænser mod nord til Drenthe, mod nordøst til Nedersaksen, mod sydøst til Nordrind-Westfalen, mod syd og sydvest til provinsen Gelderland, mod vest til Flevoland og mod nordvest til Friesland. Byen med flest indbyggere er Enschede. Hovedstaden i Overijssel er Zwolle. De dialekter, der tales i denne provins, hører under Nedersaksisk.
