Nieuwediep er en landsby i Nederland. Den ligger i provinsen Drenthe og i kommunen Aa en Hunze. Landsbyen havde 275 indbyggere i 2021. Nieuwediep er opkaldt efter den kanal, som den lå ved, kanalen er nu for det meste fyldt ud. Den ligger i udkanten af kommunen, tæt på grænsen til provinsen Groningen parallelt med semslinjen. Nieuwediep ligger lidt syd for Veendam.
