Spankeren er en hollandsk landsby i kommunen Rheden i provinsen Gelderland. Den har 935 indbyggere og ligger ved Apeldoorns Kanal overfor byen Dieren. En indbygger fra denne landsby kaldes en Spankenees. Selvom Spankeren er en lille landsby, er der to industriområder, hvor mange virksomheder er etableret. Et af disse industriområder ligger på det sted, hvor fra 1916 til 1975 hvidevarefirmaet Emailleerfabriek De Ysel stod.
