Mariaparochie er en lille, primært romersk-katolsk, kirke landsby i Twente i den hollandske provins Overijssel. Mariaparochie falder stort set under kommunen Tubbergen og derudover under kommunen Almelo. Landsbyen opstod i løbet af de sidste to århundreder omkring parochiekirken Vore Frue af den Evige Hjælp, som også er afledt af landsbyens navn, nemlig det daglige navn på parochien. Kirken er designet af arkitekt Jan Stuyt. I 2013 havde landsbyen 273 indbyggere.
Mariaparochie ligger nordøst for Almelo. Landsbyen er især blevet kendt gennem en tegnefilm, hvor Herman Finkers inkorporerede navnene fra landsbyen, Kroamschudd'n i Mariaparochie.
