Delfstrahuizen er en landsby i kommunen De Friese Meren, i den hollandske provins Friesland. Den ligger nordøst for Lemmer og på den sydøstlige/østra side af Tjeukemeer.
Landsbyen udgør sammen med Echtenerbrug en tvillinglandsby. En oprindelig del af Echtenerbrug, som oprindeligt lå på landsbyens område i Delfstrahuizen, blev i 1984 en del af Delfstrahuizen på grund af en grænsejustering. Centrum af Delfstrahuizen flyttede også op til Echtenerbrug. Man taler derfor også om én beboelseskerne.
