Schoondijke er en landsby i kommunen Sluis i den nederlandske provins Zeeland. Landsbyen ligger i Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, cirka fem kilometer syd for Breskens og seks kilometer nordøst for Oostburg. Schoondijke har 1.360 indbyggere. Landsbyen blev allerede nævnt i middelalderen, men lå dengang et lidt andet sted. Som følge af militære oversvømmelser er Oud-Schoondijke forsvundet. Det nye Schoondijke ligger i Generale Prins Willempolder 2. del, som blev færdigbygget i 1652. Det er en korsvejlandsby.
