Blesdijke er en landsby i Weststellingwerf i provinsen Friesland, Holland. Den havde en befolkning på omkring 460 i 2008. Landsbyen blev første gang nævnt i 1350 som Blesdic, og betyder dige ved et bart sted. Blesdijke udviklede sig i senmiddelalderen på vejen fra Oldemarkt til Noordwolde. Den hollandsk reformerte kirke stammer fra 1843 og har et trætårn. Bygningen er en erstatning for en kirke, der kollapsede i 1836.
