Kollum er en landsby i Noardeast-Fryslân kommune i provinsen Friesland, Nederland. Den havde en befolkning på omkring 5529 i januar 2017. Der er en restaureret vindmølle, Tochmaland, i landsbyen. Landsbyen blev først nævnt mellem 822 og ca. 825 som Colleheim og betyder bosættelse af Kolle. Kollum stammer fra den tidlige middelalder. I løbet af det 11. og 12. århundrede blev torven udgravet i regionen, og en bosættelse dukkede op ved Dwarsried, en tidligere flod, der førte til Vadehavet. I løbet af det 17. og 18. århundrede blev Kollum et centrum for handel og skibsfart.
