Nordlaarde Skov er en skov og naturområde i den nederlandske provins Groningen. Siden 1930'erne har det i høj grad været ejet af foreningen Natuurmonumenten. Med et areal på 120 hektar er det et af de største skove i provinsen. Kun i Lauwersmeer-området findes der større skovområder; Ballastplaat Skoven og Marne Skoven. Skoven er en del af det Nationale Landskab Drentsche Aa, det Nationale Naturnetværk og Geopark de Hondsrug.
