Station Leiden Centraal er den største jernbanestation i den hollandske by Leiden, provinsen Syd-Holland. Leiden har desuden to andre jernbanestationer: på den sydøstlige side af byen ligger station Leiden Lammenschans, og på den sydvestlige side, på grænsen mellem kommunerne Leiden og Voorschoten, ligger station De Vink.

Det første station Leiden blev åbnet den 15. juni 1843 på den Gamle Linje, den første jernbanestrækning fra HIJSM. Den oprindelige stationsbygning blev i 1879 erstattet af en ny bygning designet af Dirk Margadant. Da der var en smule forsinkelse i forlængelsen af strækningen fra jernbroen over Haarlemmertrekvaart i 1842, blev der anlagt en midlertidig station på øst siden af jernbroen. Her afrejste den første tog fra Leiden til Amsterdam den 17. august 1842.
