Belægningen af Maastricht fandt sted fra den 8. marts til den 29. juni 1579, under den Trediveårige Krig, i og omkring byen Maastricht. Den storslåede angreb fra den spanske feldmarschall Alexander Farnese på fæstningen Maastricht førte til den næsten fire måneder lange belejring, den voldsomt indtagelse, den efterfølgende tre dage lange plyndring og genkomsten af den spanske autoritet i Maastricht. Hans hovedkvarter var i en periode vandborgen Pietersheim.
