Skt. Jans Kirke eller Store Kirke i den hollandske by Gouda er en stor korskirke i gotisk stil. Kirken er berømt især på grund af rækken af glasmosaikker. Selve kirkebygningen har karakteristiske overbygninger og er den længste kirke i Holland med 123 meter, udenfor. Hovedsageligt stammer kirken fra det 15. og 16. århundrede, men historien om bygningen går længere tilbage.
