Kanalen gennem Walcheren er en vandvejsforbindelse mellem Westerschelde ved Vlissingen og Veerse Meer ved Veere, i den hollandske provins Zeeland. Anlæggelsen fandt sted mellem 1870 og 1873 og bidrog til den økonomiske genopretning af Middelburg. Kong Willem III åbnede kanalen den 8. september 1873 og også den nye havn i Vlissingen samme dag. Ved siden af kanalen blev der anlagt en trækvej mellem Middelburg og Vlissingen.
