ZB Biblioteket i Zeeland, før 2016: Zeeuwse Bibliotheek, er den største kulturelle institution i provinsen Zeeland. Den varetager opgaven som offentlig bibliotek i Middelburg, er videnskabeligt bibliotek for Zeeland og har desuden funktionen som Provinsbibliotekscentral for biblioteker og institutioner. Zeeuwse Bibliotheek organiserer og tilbyder plads til en række kulturelle begivenheder. Den modtager årligt 400.000 besøgende og låner mere end 650.000 publikationer ud om året. Derudover yder den specifikke tjenester til uddannelse, erhvervslivet, biblioteker, institutioner og private.
