Station Bilthoven er en jernbanestation ved Centraalspoorweg, i Bilthoven, ved krydset af jernlinjen med Soestdijkseweg. Stationet blev åbnet den 20. august 1863. Den nuværende østation blev åbnet i 1907.
Oprindeligt havde den Nederlandsche Centraal-Spoorweg-Maatschappij ikke planlagt at placere et station på dette sted. Jonkheer Van den Bosch, den daværende bosiddende i Jagtlust, indgik dog en aftale med jernbaneselskabet. Han ville kostnadsfrit afgive jorden til stationen, betale en del af omkostningerne og desuden øge sin aktiekapital i selskabet, når toget to gange dagligt ville stoppe i begge retninger i kommunen.
