Raadhuispladsen er en parkagtig indrettet plads i centrum af Emmen. Pladsen er omgivet af Atlas Teater, rådhuset og shoppingcenteret de Weiert. Pladsen blev åbnet i 2015 som forbindelse mellem centrum af Emmen og Wildlands Adventure Zoo Emmen.
Som en del af Centrumrenovering Emmen ønskede kommunen at skabe en bedre forbindelse mellem centrum og den nye beliggenhed for dyreparken. Man besluttede derfor at anlægge et nyt 'centrumplads' oven på Hondsrugvej. Pladsen blev designet af det tyske landskabsarkitektfirma Latz + Partner og kostede cirka 12 millioner euro. Vand spiller en hovedrolle på pladsen. Udover Hondsrugvej ligger der også et stort parkeringshus under pladsen. Den 26. juni 2015 blev pladsen officielt åbnet. På pladsen findes, ud over kunstværket "Egnoaber" af Nick Ervinck, blandt andet en legeplads og skateboardpark. I 2016 vandt pladsen i Drentske Arkitekturpris både fagjuryprisen og publikumsprisen.
