IJsselmonde er en ø i Maasdeltak i Nederland, i provinsen Sydholland, omgivet af Nieuwe Maas i nord, Oude Maas i syd og Noord i øst. Øen, der har sit navn fra den tidligere landsby, der ligger overfor udløbet af Hollandse IJssel, er i høj grad optaget af bolig- og industriområde. Talrige tunneller og broer forbinder øen med resten af Nederland. Øen har cirka 423.000 indbyggere. Med et areal på 105 km² giver dette en befolkningstæthed på 4.028 indbyggere pr. km².
