IJsselmonde er et byområde, tidligere kommune og tidligere delkommune i den sydøstlige del af kommunen Rotterdam i den nederlandske provins Zuid-Holland. Byområdet, hvis navn henviser til beliggenheden ved udløbet af Hollandse IJssel, har 60.065 indbyggere.
Byområdet grænses mod nord af Nieuwe Maas, Dijkje, Bolnesserkade og Zevenbergsedijkje danner grænsen til Ridderkerk mod øst og syd. Barendrecht grænser op til IJsselmonde mod syd; grænsen ligger i nærheden af Wester Hordijk, Kooiwalweg og Maeterlinckweg. Mod vest grænser IJsselmonde op til Charlois og byområde Feijenoord; grænsen dannes af Vaanweg, Smeetslandsedijk, Molenvliet og jernbanelinjen Rotterdam - Dordrecht.
