Zoudenbalch er sportsanlægget, hvor superligaklubben FC Utrecht afholder sine træninger, og Jong FC Utrecht regelmæssigt spiller sine kampe. Desuden er dette hjemmet for ungdomsholdene fra FC Utrecht Akademiet. Tribunen ved hovedbanen, designet og bygget i 2001 af Zwarts & Jansma Arkitekter, har en kapacitet på 450 tilskuere. I alt er der 5 baner, hvoraf én er dækket med kunstgræs.
