Gastersche Diep er en bæk i den hollandske provins Drenthe. Bækken er en del af oplandet til Drentsche Aa. Gastersche Diep er en fortsættelse af Andersche Diep og Rolderdiep. Sammen danner de den østlige hovedstrøm af Drentsche Aa. Lige før landsbyen Gasteren tilslutter sig en kort biflod til bækken, som udspringer i Gastersche Holt. Bækken flyder langs den vestlige side af landsbyen. Oprindeligt løb en gren af bækken tættere forbi landsbyen, men denne gren er stilnet op på grund af sandaflejring. Resterne af denne gren er Forste- og Bagste Veen i Gasterse Duinen. Lige nordøst for landsbyen munder Gastersche Diep ud i Oudemolensche Diep. Sammenløbet af de to hovedgrene af Drentsche Aa er kendt som Tweediepskolk.
