Estoril er et sted i kommunen Cascais, og inden for dette er det en del af freguesia Cascais og Estoril. Kysten ved Estoril ligger tæt på Lissabon og strækker sig fra Carcavelos til Guincho. I 2001 var indbyggertallet 23.769 på et areal af 8,79 km². Estoril har et kendt casino.
I Estoril blev den rumænske konge Carol II af Rumænien begravet, men hans lig blev i 2003 overført til Rumænien.
