Estádio D. Afonso Henriques er et fodboldstadion i den portugisiske by Guimarães. Stadion har en kapacitet på 30.165 siddepladser og blev designet af Eduardo Guimarães. Den faste bruger er Vitória SC.
Stadion blev bygget i 1965 og renoveret i 2003 til UEFA EURO 2004. To kampe i gruppe C, Danmark - Italien og Bulgarien - Italien, blev afviklet på dette stadion. I juni 2019 blev der spillet to kampe i finaleturneringen af UEFA Nations League 2018/19. Der blev spillet 2 kampe, semifinalen og bronzekampen.
