Slovak Karst National Park er en nationalpark i Slovakisk Karst bjergkæden i det sydøstlige Slovakiet. Den ligger i Gelnica, Rožňava og Košice–okolie distrikterne i Košice-regionen. Nationalparken dækker et areal på 346,11 km², og dens beskyttelseszone dækker 117,41 km². Parken blev etableret den 1. marts 2002, efter at have været et beskyttet landskabsområde siden 1973. Slovak Karst er den første slovakiske biosfærereserve siden den 1. marts 1977, da den blev inkluderet i UNESCO's program om mennesket og biosfæren. I 1995 blev 12 ud af 700 huler i parken anerkendt som et UNESCO verdensarvssted.
