Vietnam Veterans Memorial er et nationalt mindesmærke i De Forenede Stater i Washington, D.C., til ære for medlemmerne af de amerikanske væbnede styrker, der faldt i Vietnamkrigen eller betragtes som savnede som følge af krigen. Mindesmærket består af tre dele, Memorial Wall, Three Servicemen og Women's Memorial. Det blev finansieret udelukkende af donationer på initiativ af veteraner fra Vietnamkrigen gennem Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, som blev etableret efter opfordring fra John P. Wheeler, og skulle bidrage til genoprettelsen af den splittede amerikanske befolkning.
Mindesmærket ligger i den centrale park i Washington, D.C., nord for den store Reflecting Pool, ca. 300 meter øst for Lincoln Memorial.
