Lever House er en glasboks-skyskraber på 390 Park Avenue i Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Bygget i den internationale stil i henhold til designprincipperne af Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, blev bygningen designet af Gordon Bunshaft og Natalie de Blois fra Skidmore, Owings og Merrill. Færdiggjort i 1952, var det den anden glasvægsskyskraber i New York City efter De Forenede Nationers Sekretariat. Den 307 fod høje bygning har en gårdhave og offentligt rum.
Byggeriet af Lever House markerede et skiftepunkt for Park Avenue i Midtown, idet det forvandlede det fra en boulevard af murstens lejlighedsbygninger til en med glastårne, da andre virksomheder tog den internationale stil til sig for nye hovedkvarterer. Bygningens design blev kopieret af Ankaras Emek Business Center i 1959; Minneapolis bankhovedkvarter One Financial Plaza i 1960; Paris Orly Lufthavns Terminal Sud i 1961; og højhus tårnet i Berlins Europa-Center i 1965.
