NYSE er en amerikansk børs beliggende på 11 Wall Street, Lower Manhattan, New York City, New York. Det er langt den største børs i verden målt på markedsværdi af sine noterede virksomheder med 30,1 billioner USD pr. februar 2018. Den gennemsnitlige daglige handelsværdi var cirka 169 milliarder USD i 2013. NYSE's handelsgulv er placeret på 11 Wall Street og består af 21 rum, der bruges til at facilitere handel. Et femte handelsrum, der ligger på 30 Broad Street, blev lukket i februar 2007. Hovedbygningen og bygningen på 11 Wall Street blev udnævnt til nationalt historiske vartegn i 1978.
NYSE ejes af Intercontinental Exchange, et amerikansk holdingselskab, som det også er noteret på. Tidligere var det en del af NYSE Euronext, som blev dannet ved NYSE's fusion med Euronext i 2007.
