Erobringen af Fort Ticonderoga fandt sted under den amerikanske revolutionære krig den 10. maj 1775, da en lille styrke af Green Mountain Boys ledet af Ethan Allen og oberst Benedict Arnold overraskede og fangede fortets lille britiske garnison. Kanonerne og andet artilleri blev senere transporteret til Boston af oberst Henry Knox og brugt til at befæste Dorchester Heights og bryde stilleståndet ved belejringen af Boston.
Erobringen af fortet markerede begyndelsen på den offensiv, der blev taget af amerikanerne mod briterne. Efter at have beslaglagt Ticonderoga, fangede en lille enhed det nærliggende Fort Crown Point den 11. maj. Syv dage senere overfaldt Arnold og 50 mænd modigt Fort Saint-Jean ved Richelieu-floden i det sydlige Quebec, hvor de beslaglagde militære forsyninger, kanoner og det største militære skib på Lake Champlain.
