Innervillgraten ist eine Gemeinde mit 911 Einwohnern im Tiroler Bezirk Lienz in Österreich. Die Gemeinde liegt im Gerichtsbezirk Lienz.Innervillgraten liegt im inneren Teil des vom Villgratenbach durchflossenen Villgratentals, das vom Pustertal abzweigt. Neben dem dörflichen Zentrum, das sich um die Pfarrkirche konzentriert, besteht die Gemeinde aus weit verstreuten Höfen und dem Kirchweiler Kalkstein auf 1640 m Seehöhe. Die westliche und südliche Gemeindegrenze ist zugleich die Grenze zu Südtirol. Aufgrund seiner exponierten Lage ist das Tal erst seit 1956 ganzjährig erreichbar.
