Das geografische Zentrum Belgiens befindet sich in Nil-Saint-Vincent, einem religiösen Dorf der Gemeinde Walhain in der Provinz Wallonisch-Brabant. Das nationale geografische Institut hat das geografische Zentrum Belgiens 1989 neu berechnet. Zunächst wurde es der Gemeinde Itter zugesprochen, berücksichtigte jedoch nicht die Hinzufügung der Ostkantone nach dem Vertrag von Versailles im Jahr 1919.
