Fouleng ist ein Dorf in der belgischen Provinz Hennegau und ein Stadtteil der wallonischen Gemeinde Opzullik. Bis zum 1. Januar 1977 war es eine eigenständige Gemeinde. Die Region Opzullik hatte, ebenso wie Edingen und Hove, lange Zeit einen zweisprachigen Charakter. Teilweise ist dies immer noch der Fall; wie sich in der Teilnahme an der beliebten zweisprachigen Bildung in der Region und der Tatsache zeigt, dass viele Eltern ihre Kinder in niederländischsprachige Schulen in Flandern schicken.
