Hallaar ist ein Dorf in der belgischen Provinz Antwerpen und ein Stadtteil von Heist-op-den-Berg. Hallaar war bis zur kommunalen Neuordnung von 1977 eine selbständige Gemeinde. Hallaar war unter dem Ancien Régime eines der sieben „Heertgangen“. Es wurde 1876 eine unabhängige Gemeinde und feierte sein hundertjähriges Bestehen kurz bevor es durch die Fusion der Gemeinden wieder ein Teil der Gemeinde Heist-op-den-Berg wurde.
