Loenhout ist ein Dorf und Teilgemeinde der Gemeinde Wuustwezel in der belgischen Provinz Antwerpen. Es liegt an der Grenze zu den Niederlanden. Loenhout war bis zur Gemeindereform von 1977 eine eigenständige Gemeinde. Loenhout bestand aus zwei Herrlichkeiten: Loenhout und Poppendonk, die jeweils ein Hinterlehen von Hoogstraten und ein Lehen des Herzogs von Brabant waren. Beide Herrlichkeiten hatten bis ins 16. Jahrhundert denselben Herrn. Die Herren gehörten ab dem 16. Jahrhundert zu den Familien Van der Marck und De Ligne und danach noch zu verschiedenen anderen Familien.
