Der Bahnhof erhielt seinen Namen nach dem benachbarten Generaal Meiserplein, liegt jedoch westlich davon zwischen der Leuvensesteenweg und der Rogierlaan. Die beiden Bahnsteige sind von diesen beiden Straßen, die jeweils über eine Eisenbahnbrücke führen, über Treppen erreichbar.
Dieser Bahnhof liegt nicht weit von den heutigen Gebäuden des öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunks entfernt und wird von pendelnden Mitarbeitern genutzt.
