Die Dreifaltigkeitskirche ist ein Kirchengebäude aus dem 19. Jahrhundert in der Brüsseler Gemeinde Elsene. Die Fassade aus dem 17. Jahrhundert stammt von der früheren Augustinerkirche in Brüssel, die 1893 abgerissen wurde, um den Brouckèreplatz anzulegen. Es ist die Kirche der Pfarrei der Heiligen Dreifaltigkeit in Brüssel.
Das Viertel Tenbos in Elsene wurde im 19. Jahrhundert urbanisiert. Zwischen 1847 und 1857 wurde eine Kapelle erbaut, finanziert von dem Bankier Georges Brugmann. 1893 erwarb die Kirchenfabrik die barocke Fassade der Brüsseler Augustinerkirche, die von Jacob Franquart entworfen wurde und Stein für Stein versetzt wurde.
