Das Cotthembos oder Kottembos mit den Oombergse Wäldern ist ein Naturschutzgebiet und anerkanntes Naturreservat in den Flämischen Ardennen in Südostflandern. Das Waldgebiet liegt auf dem Gebiet der Gemeinden Sint-Lievens-Houtem, Zottegem und Herzele in den Tälern des Klokfonteinbeek und des Cotthembeek. Das Gebiet wird von der flämischen Behörde Agentschap voor Natuur en Bos verwaltet. Das Wald- und Naturschutzgebiet ist als europäisches Natura 2000-Gebiet anerkannt und Teil des Flämischen Ökologischen Netzwerks. Das Tal des Cotthembeek wird als flämische Kulturlandschaft geschützt.
