Die Brauerei De Graal ist eine belgische Craft-Brauerei, die in der ostflämischen Gemeinde Brakel gelegen ist.
Die Brauerei wurde 2002 von Wim Saeyens gegründet, der eine Brauer-Ausbildung an der Rijks-Brauerschule in Gent (CTL) absolviert hat. Das Unternehmen ist für die dauerhafte Produktion von etwa sechs Biersorten verantwortlich und braut außerdem auf Bestellung (ab 500 Litern). Die Brauerei exportiert unter anderem nach Amerika, Japan, Italien und Dänemark.
