Dieser Wohnbau besitzt eine Fassade von hoher Qualität, vollständig aus Kalkstein. Er wurde Mitte des 18. Jahrhunderts erbaut und weist durchgehende rechteckige Fensteröffnungen auf, deren Verstrebungen sich fortsetzen und mit aufwendig verzierten Brüstungen mit abgeschlagenen Kartuschen eingerahmt sind. Links erhebt sich eine gedrungene Tür mit gerader Sturze und durchlaufendem Schlüssel, die von einem herausragenden profilierten Gesims und einer ovalen Oberlichte mit vier Schlüsseln gekrönt wird. Das Mansarddach wird von einem Gesims auf einem Ziegelband getragen.
Als Denkmal am 4. Juli 1989 eingestuft.
